There's no health survey for these products. Your payment goes through straight away and your order ships as normal. Keep your receipt for your records.

At checkout you'll complete a short health survey. An independent licensed practitioner reviews it, usually within 24–48 hours, and your order shows as "payment pending" in the meantime. If you're approved, your payment goes through, your order ships, and Truemed emails you a Letter of Medical Necessity and a receipt. If you're not approved, the payment is cancelled and your card isn't charged.
If some of your order isn't eligible
Not everything in an order is always HSA/FSA eligible. Truemed works this out for you at checkout: the eligible part goes on your HSA or FSA card, and anything else is paid with a regular card as normal.
How much could I save?
