I can't see the Truemed option at checkout
This usually happens when you're signed in to Shop Pay, or you've used the Shop Pay, Apple Pay or another express checkout button — those skip the payment options. Sign out of Shop Pay, check out as a guest, and choose Truemed as your payment method.
My HSA or FSA card was declined
A decline is usually down to the card or account rather than your order. Please check:
1. You have enough money in your HSA or FSA account.
2. Your card is activated and hasn't expired.
3. If it's still declined, call the number on the back of your card and ask your card provider for the reason.
