- RejuvaSeat: keep your Letter of Medical Necessity and your receipt.
Both are emailed to you and are always available in your Truemed account at truemed.com. It's a good idea to keep them for at least 3 years.
I bought a RejuvaSeat and haven't received my Letter of Medical Necessity
Check your spam or junk folder, then log in to your Truemed account at truemed.com. If it isn't there, email support@truemed.com with your checkout email, order number and product name.
