Once we've received your returned item and checked it, your refund is approved and sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
From there, your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show the money in your account — that part is out of our hands, but it's on its way. If it's been longer than that and you still don't see it, email halesteadysupport@gmail.com with your order number and we'll follow it up.
Paid with an HSA or FSA card? Your refund goes back to that card. HSA and FSA card providers can take longer to show a refund than a normal bank. If it's been more than 15 business days since your refund was issued, please contact the provider on the back of your card.
